Standard Delivery [2-4 working days]: Second Class Royal Mail delivery is included FREE of charge with every order. No minimum spend.
Express Delivery [1-2 working days]: You can upgrade to First Class Royal Mail delivery for only £0.75(+VAT) per order. Upgrade available at checkout.
All packaging is plastic free and/or recycled. Our packing peanuts are biodegradable and compostable. We aim to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible in all that we do.
We endeavour to process your order in 1-2 business days. Where possible we will process Express orders faster, however we already aim to keep lead times very low as standard. In practice, this means that Standard orders should arrive within 3-6 working days of placing the order, and Express within 2-4 working days of placing the order.
Wild Bloom Box only ships to the UK.

We accept returns of unused, un-personalised items, within 14 days of delivery. Please return the items you are unhappy with, within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless there is an issue with the product. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us before dispatch, stating your order details at firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively you can use our live chat feature, or Messenger at fb.me/wildbloombox. Provided that the cancellation is processed before the item is made/shipped, cancellations are free of charge and you will receive the full refund amount.
Lost or stolen packages
We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages, please allow 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive. If you believe your order has been lost then please email email@example.com. Alternatively you can contact us on Facebook Messenger at fb.me/wildbloombox and we will investigate and provide a resolution.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you've received your parcel damaged you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We handle damage claims on a case by case basis, please contact us if you have any issues.
